EVA 4400 FW upgrade

Hi, I want to upgrade my EVA 4400 firmware.
Also I want to upgrade the disk firmware.
I have EVA 4400 with 2 disk enclosures.
First disk enclosure containg FC HDDS and second disk enclosure containd FATA disk drives. I want to know what precautions I have to take before upgrading.Also I want the steps for upgrading the firmware.

Commandview and management module needs to be upgraded and if you have webes, you should upgrade that as well.

I recently upgraded EVA4400 to XCS0920000, but seeing some issues.. Contacted HP support and the recommendation is to upgrade FW to XCS0922000. The upgrade has to be done offline.
