EVA 4400 Multipath Qlogic
Respected,
I have Eva 4400 with DL 180 G5 (OS Win 2003 stnd 32 bit) with one QLogic 2460 FC single port adapter. I install SANsurfer_IW_1_0_36_B2.exe, and driver for adapter that come with this sun surfer but in device manager still appear two disks. What I need to install to solve this problem with one phantom disk. Please advice this start to be very painful.

Re: EVA 4400 Multipath Qlogic
You need to install MPIO multipath software.

And the MPIO manager

Re: EVA 4400 Multipath Qlogic
MIO driver is a must. After installing the MIO driver, you will still see in Device Manager the 2 disks, and bonus a Multi-Path Disk Device, but in Disk Management will have only one disk, witch is ok.
