EVA 4400 & VAAI

So, since XCS 10.0 didn't bring VAAI to the EVA 4400 - anyone knows when VAAI is coming (or IF it is coming...)?

Well there was talk of it being Q3.

 

As VMware are about to release news of the next version of vSphere we may see that this comes quickly afterwards. 

 

I saw someone post about the next version of vSphere supporting additional/newer SCSI features so HP may be waiting for that announcement if they have some code that takes advantage of this.

XCS 10 was just released some weeks ago and since we are now Q3, I don't expect it do be this quarter. Rather Q4 or Q1 2012.
