Hi everybody,
our customers san EVA 4400 represents recurent problems that we could not detect, the basic troubleshooting we've done, was to restard all the infrastructure. the logs gaves nothing. after a deep study of the infrastructure, i noticed that the firmware of the all infrastructure firmware remains at the purchase date at 2008. we suspect that all the problems faced could be firmware.
here are the versions:
controllers : 09003000 model number: HSV300
enclosures : 0062
cv 8.0
Now i would like to update firmware version to the latest, and my question is:
1.) can i update from this version (listed above) to the latest version (listed below)?
controllers: 11300000
cv: 10.3
enclosures: unknown
2.) or do i need to upgrade first to previous version before the 11300000?
PS: please provide some important links if possible, i'm trying to find by my side.
thanks for your help

Re: EVA 4400 firmware update
thank you Torsten,
your answere is very helpfull. i think i'will run into problems because there's some intermediate firmware ugrade before reaching the 11300000 xcs firmware version. the interdiate seems to be no more available, i tried everywhere but nothing. if someone can help with some links containing the media of these versions:
- XCS 09534000
- XCS 10001000
- XCS 11200000
according to the link you sent me, i've to go through these versions listed above first, and finally reach the latest version.
thank for your help.
