EVA 4400 transition state is stuck on 79%

Hi sir or Madam,

 I have an EVA 4400 with 36 H.D.D and unfortunately one of our disks is failed and the EVA began to reconstruct it but the transition state and Data Progress stuck on following percent  :

Disk Drive properties : Data Progress 79%

Disk Group properties : Transition State 85%

Please see the attach file.

Please inform me how could I resolve this issue.

Hello, this is often caused when the disk has read errors (ASC/ASCQ 11/00) but the EVA doesn't kick out the disk - it tries to read data from the disk and put it on the other disks. 

Check out the controller event log. Make sure that only one disk is having these read errors. There may of course be other reasons why the migration is blocked. 

Then wait, maybe it increases? How long as it been stuck?

If still no progress the only option you'll have is to pull out the disk and let reconstruct continue.
Maybe controller restart, disk reseat, unfail of disk could also be worth it. But it all depends on how 'bad' the disk looks in the CEL. 

If you have warranty/support contract, consider contacting HP support, it should be easy for HP support to check the logs and see if there are any other disks reporting errors.
