Have you checked zoning? Are there any errors on new switch?

Can you please attach switchshow and zoneshow output from the new switch?

One thing you might be able to try if your environment allows, is to put the old switches back in and see if Secure Path works. If it is still "dead" then the issue is not with the new switches. Also, are the new switches set up exactly like the old ones? Not only in zoning, but port settings, Port Based Routing, etc.

HI Pedro,

I would suggest running the spconfig -o command to recreate the Secure Path config files.
