EVA 5000 with HSV110 controller not visible in command view

Hi,

We have 2 eva 5000 storage systems but I can only see one in command view. I have restarted the machine with the command view but with no success. I can see the controllers of the second eva in the device manager and also with cvutil paths. cvutil shows the status of the controlles of the invisible eva as unknown. I have also tried the dicover storage systems from command view but still cannot see the second eva. What can I do to see again the second eva with minimun or no system downtime? In the controller OCP there is a restart option but I don't know whether it restarts the controller only or the whole storage.
