EVA 5k +Missing Perfmon

I have several EVA 5k's in different locations and I use windows pefmon to pull stats from these. One of my SMA's is missing the following Perfmon entries:

HP EVA DR Tunnels
HP EVA Host Connection
HP EVA Host Port Statistics

My other SMA's are fine and show them all, I can't figure out where they went or how to get them back.

Thanks for the help.

Re: EVA 5k +Missing Perfmon

Same version of Command View on all SMAs? Those counters are added when you install Command View.

Re: EVA 5k +Missing Perfmon

Same version, it would appear it used to be there because our graphing used to work but at some point stopped.

Can I just reinstall command view? or does it need an uninstall first?

Re: EVA 5k +Missing Perfmon

Karl,
You should be able to just install EVAPerf from the CV CD. You should not have to re-install the entire CV.

Re: EVA 5k +Missing Perfmon

Here was the solution:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c01417546&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

ISSUE:
Sometimes the EVA performance counters disappear from Windows perfmon .
SOLUTION:
This is not a solution for the disappearance of the counters, but a workaround to add them back into the registry easily.
Complete the following steps:

1.
Open a commandbox.
2.
c:\> cd C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\EVA Performance Monitor
3.
c:\> lodctr evapmext.ini

This will add the EVA performance counters back to the Perfmon registry keys.
To unload/remove the counters, complete the following steps:

1.
Open a commandbox.
2.
unlodctr evapmext
