EVA 6000 Controler unable to boot

Hello All
I have an EVA6000 with a controller unable to boot , when starting loading the image to the controller during startup , i got this message on the controller OCP

TE:2.020205dc

any advice

I need a help in order not to replace the controller but part of it

I don't think the description of the TE's are available publicly on hp.com.

Or what that termination code means.

It's also possible to do a trade call with HP and pay for the help on a one-time basis.

Did you change anything recently?
Any error leds lit at all?

Pay H-Pay or expand your CRY for help.. who knows there may be an HP Tech or an ex-HP Tech willing to give you clues.
