EVA 6100 Missed vDisk

hi,

i have eva 6100 san

my storage get error and i restart the controllers,

after reback my controller all of vdisk in one disk group was missed,

how can i recover (rule back) deleted disk

you are not giving enough information

1) is the disk group failed

2) what errors do you see

3) can you see the vdisks in the command view

4) maybee cache battery is failed?

my ups was failed and power unplug,

after up my ups, the storage hase error about hardware failed (cach battry was flashed green) and one drive in another disk group hase failed

and hase two option in disk group (continun and delete vdisk)

it seems you had no option but to delete the disk if you answered delete disk than the disk is gone.

if you left it as is you should solve your problems before you continue.

your description is very unclear.

maybee send a screen shot of what you see.

now my storage up and controller work good

but, all of my vdisk in a disk group are missed with out any log file

and in another disk group work good,

can recover deleted vdisk?

Hi

according to your description you deleted the vdisk because the EVA gave a message so the data is gone.

if you want to upload the EVA event log we can try to see what happend but you wan't be able to recover your data

With a deleted/or corrupted virtual disk your only option would be a proffessional data recovery lab.
