EVA 6300 Not Visible in Command View EVA v 10

Hi All,

I am configuring a new setup of EVA 6300. I am able to see the EVA in device manager in management server but Command View EVA is not be able to detect the P6300.

Command View Eva version = 10.

Hardware = HP ProLiant BL280c G6

OS = Windows 2003 Server.

Please advise.

Hello,

is your server zoned in to both controllers? Perhaps you need to do some initial setup via the management module first? Also you may run into problems if you have different versions of CV on the MM and on the server.

I've seen this problem if in device manager you see both controllers try using an older version of the HBA driver.
