Re: EVA 8000 errors please urgent help
Hi
First of all your command view is missing it's parse file you need to upload a parse file through the event log window or upload the xcs code file the same as the version your EVA is at.
It seems that when your disk went bad because the EVA was so busy recovering command view server lost connection with the EVA also there was maybe a time that your servers lost there disks.
check in the termination log if there wasn't a controller restart.
You should look at the capacity of the disk group to see that it's not too occupied because this in error situations
can cause problems.
Can you zip and upload your event log and state date and time of errors
Regards

Re: EVA 8000 errors please urgent help
Hi
your logs don't show any off the erros you talked about
it seems to me that what happened is a disk went bad and there was a bus reset on the EVA
Regards
