EVA_8100_DE Not detecting

Hello Guys,

we are facing issue of Disk Enclosure not detecting in one of our EVA 8100 storage,.

Steps performed:-

Visit onsite and found Blower faulty repalced blower.

Tried to power on DE, DE is powering on But Due to DE the EVA system goes to hang state.

removed Power from DE, EVA came back to normal.

Repalce EMU module, status same, IO replaced same status. IO cables repalced same status.

Rebooted Mgmnt Server, Controller and Loops switch diring the activity.

Replaced New Disk enclosure but issue is still same.

can ony one please suggest how to move forward..

 

Its bit urgent please respond soon.
