EVA 8100 Installation and startup

Just about to purchase one and the supplier has informed me that HP no longer include installation and startup in the cost price. Is this correct or am i being duped?

As far as I know that is true for the EVA-4400 and some EVA starter kits only, but things may change and be different between locations. Can you give us the model number (e.g. AD524C) so somebody can look it up?
