EVA_8100_battery issues

Hello Guys,

we are facing issues of battery failure in our storages, we try to change the battery with the refurbish one but it is not working, the new batteries are costly can any one help in this, if we have option of lean the cycle or any thing else which can help here.

Cali thanks for the support but the battries are totally diffrent.

Hi Psingh,

If the battery is dead due to cell failures, we cannot get it working again. The only way is to get them replaced.
