If you have got one or more disks logging several failures per second, that will degrade performance.
so check the event log.
If theres a disk spamming the log. Ungroupe it, at remove. Following correct procedure.

But you can check the log yourself.
Very heavy logging can affect performance.
If you have only a few entries, then: No. Or at least not very likly.

But for sure you can monitor your EVA performance via EVAperf and correlate EVA events.
