EVA 8400 2C2D cabling

Does anyone have a cabling diagram for an EVA 8400 2C2D configuration. We moved one between sites and now I only see controller B but the system is up and running with connections to the LUNS OK

I have tried the Installation manual configurations but for some reason Controller A does not seem to appear at all - seems to be running so I am thinking I messed up the cabling.
