EVA 8400 multiple single port on fibre (SPOF) errors

We have an EVA 8400 running 09534000. We have had about 5 drives in the past couple weeks report Controller detected only one port of a FC device. HP recommends reseating the drive and this clears the error, but this is happening way too frequently for my liking. I have found some older threads where people had this on the 4400's and was supposedly fixed with a firmware update. Is anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions for a fix? All the drives reporting spof are in different enclosures/bays. Thanks.

Without knowing details of your array a disk firmware update is worth to try.
