EVA 8400 show warning symbol and Condition status is Populated ( Data Disk )

Dear All,

recently i'm facing problem with EVA8400, currently this is my first experience with EVA8400 unit..

I look warning symbol at enclosure 13 and Bay 1. and i look status condition operational state is Populated ( Data disk) with warning symbol . Please see attachment.

What the meaning of this, and what can i do to resolved it .

the disk drive tab may have more details, but it looks like a failed disk.

Select the Disk tab,and see if that gives more infomration.

It may well be the disk is only seen on one loop e.g. loop A and not B

Check the event log and look for events for this disk...

Hi

It can be due to so many reasons. Are you seein the same Disk under "Ungrouped". Mostly a Disk issue. EVA logs could  help us to give more information
