slave controller had alarm and its fiber and scsi ports are down . after repluged , it become up and ports become HDD in 9 disk enclosures status become failed

virtula disk status is good and presented good and writable

The event code you mention is an indication that the redudant path conenction between the EVA P6500 controller (HSV360) and the backend disk devices is degraded.  It indicates that this connectivity is being met via a single path only.  The restart of the controller likely did not address the connectivity but rather allowed the controller to handle the operations required to mark other disk drive volumes as failed.

Hello Eslam

As mentioned in the previous Post, the Event Indicates one of the backend DP loop  has issue s. I would say , in this situation, it is better to colect the Logs  from EVA for analysis and find out the real issue.
