EVA Problem

Hi friends
I have one eva 8100 in my site.One controller failed and on ocp this error show:
tc:8302206b IDX:LF. Then all vdisk unavailable and i sure reboot system storage. now on command view on controller A, Soft Diagnostic Failure in opretaional state show and access speed to vdisks very slow.

Thiis is the termination code and needs to be analysed by HP. so i would suggest to escalate the issue to HP.

Have you done a firmware update recently? This is usually seen when the firmware is corrupted.

Call HP, ask them to bring a new flash card for the controller.

I do not install any code load on this eva.
Why this problem is provide and how soft diagnostic failure is resolve?

Then you need to get HP L2 involved. They need to connect to the controller serial port and see where it does stop booting.

When you place your trouble call to HP, ask them to escalate to L2.
