EVA Replication LUN based or disk based?!
Hi,
Just a quick one, we have an EVA 4400 with 300GB FSAS disks.
We are looking to buy another one and enable replication between them, but now the 450GB disks are at the better pricepoint so we would like to buy them.
Is there any issue with running one EVA with 300GB and the other with 450GB, I assume replication is independent of the actual underlying disks and is LUN based?

Re: EVA Replication LUN based or disk based?!
Hi,
yes it is on the VDISK level (not on the physical disk level)

the pain is one part of the reality
