EVA4000 Battery
Is there anyway to rebuild an EVA4000 battery pack by replacing the cells and pherhaps rewriting the eeprom in the pic controller?

Greetings!
Unfortunately, no. If battery fault is determined, only option is to replace the assembly as whole.
It is not recommended to open the module or replace individual components which may lead to continuous errors/issues/unpredictable behaviour.
The PIC eeprom is changed/modified while manufacturing/refurbished; user or support personnel do not have control/access.
