EVA4000 Licensing
We have our EVA set up and I am trying to get the license key installed even though the instant on license is good till Feb 21 2009.
I have a T3680-63108 DCM 5TB Promo LTU but I think that is the wrong part as it is not doing anything when I enter the key.
I believe I need T5356A 1TB Software License for this to work.
Does this normally come with the EVA or is this purchased separately and where do we get one of these licenses?

Re: EVA4000 Licensing
I believe what you need is T5174A (1 TB Command View LTU for EVA4K series). You'll need enough of these to cover the raw capacity of your array. Or you could get one T5175A (Unlimited Command View LTU for EVA4K series)

Re: EVA4000 Licensing
Thanks. I found out the EVA originally came with T3725-90701 HP CV EVA 4000 LTU which is missing. I will try to get the license from the customer.
Thanks for your time and have a great day!

Re: EVA4000 Licensing
I received a license but its only a 180 day demo. (T3724-70002) It looks like we're going to an EVA 4400 anyway which we have the full license for...
Thanks for your time and have a great day!
