EVA4000 to collect Controller Event Log

Hello there,

I have EVA4000, CommandView6 and IE7. When I click on "Get log file" under "Controller Events", nothing happens! Is that because I am using IE7? Is there an alternative to get the event logs? Many thanks.

Try from a computer with another browser (IE6 / Firefox).
Also, clear temporary internet files on that computer.

The logs are stored locally in C:\hsvmafiles\5000-1FE1-...
