EVA4400 Parsefile for current firmware version not found

On our Two EVA 4400

we are receiving lot's of log messages with this:

Parsefile for current firmware version not found. Upload correct parse file. CR18CB

Type: HSV300

Version 09534000

Software: CR18CBlep-09534000

Looked up for updated parser file but did not found the updated one.

Anyone can  send us the right one please  ?

Hello, just to mention, parse file usually come together with fimware, located in the same is, it just needs to by uploaded manually.

Hi

When you upgrade firmware on an EVA the parsefile is loaded from the firmware.

If you reinstall command view then you need to load the parsefile you can do this from the EVA firmware file or from a separate parsefile that comes with the firmware
