EVA4400 Won't restart
Hi
We had to do electrical maintenance in our data center and we had to shut down the EVA4400.
At the end of the maintenance, we tried to restart the EVA4400 according to the procedure and the 2 controllers never restarted.
From the management board, we get the same error message on both controllers:
BIST TE 0xB7 - SDRAM Configuration and Policy Memory Test
DIMM Slot 1 = 1024 MB
DIMM Slot 2 = 1024 MB
Total = 2048 MB
*** boot error report - b7150011,80000000,00000000,01003800,b7,15,1
Does anyone know what's wrong?

Hello Seblab,
The below message in the Management Module web interface indicates DIMM (Memory Module Issue).
If the controller has a problem you cannot see it in command view at all.
Consider to involve HPE support to log a support call.

Hello Seblab
The correct way of powering up the EVA storage is as below
1.Power Up the Disk Enclosures on by one
2.Wait for all the Disk drives to SPin Up
3.Then Power on the Controller ENclosure
If you follow the above and still get the below erros, it refers to the Memory faulty for the controller. If you see that, raise a case with HPE for further action.

I will call the HP support even if I am no longer supported to see if they can help me get it up and running again.
