EVA4400 connecting to a c7000 blade system
We have an EVA4400 and would like to connect it to a c7000 blade enclosure. The EVA has a 10port embedded switch. Which ethernet modules do we have to add to the c7000 to make that connection?
Thanks in advance for the help!!

Re: EVA4400 connecting to a c7000 blade system
A good starting place for would be the SAN Design Reference Guide... or even contact a sales rep.
http://bizsupport.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00403562/c00403562.pdf
I'd encourage you to look at the SAN Design Reference Guide... pg 180 for blade servers.

Re: EVA4400 connecting to a c7000 blade system
EVA embeded switch is for FC, so you have to connect it to FC card (mezzanine) embeded in you BL-ade server, via pass-through ports rear BL 7000c.

Re: EVA4400 connecting to a c7000 blade system
Another option is use one or two passthrough FC module for the c7000 enclosure.
