EVA4400 controller 2 unknown

Hello.

i installed new EVA4400 with the below specs.
Name: XXX-XXX
World Wide Name: 5001-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Controller hardware: HSV300
XCS version: 09501000
XCS build: CR1332lep
Management firmware: mmp-0001.2000-000140

after brining the sytem up i found that controller 2 is not working with a solid amber led in the fault indication.
i connected to OCP to check the controlle. i found controller 1 is working and controller 2 is unknown, and no information for controller 2.

from EVA CV installed in the OCP i can see only controller one.

can somebody help?

It worked after taking out the second controller from the cont. encl. then taking out the memory and insert it again then reseat the controller module inside the controller enclus.

all this operaton done ONLINE.
