EVA4400 not emailing on cache battery failure

For the 2nd time in less than a month - the same cache battery has failed, however no email notifications are sent to say one has failed. Is this correct? If not where do I check where this should be enabled?

What notification system are you using?, there are 4 or 5 different ones from HP that I can think of right now:

ISEE
IRS
SERPS
SIM

ISEE is installed, and has notified us before of other events (not the cache battery issue though)

Check on the ISEE web interface and SEA (system event analyzer) web interface if an event was generated and if it was delivered.

Anyway, ISEE id going EOL pretty soon, you should uninstall ISEE, HPCC and WEBES and move to Insight Remote Support.
