EVA6000 blower assy 1, event code 0e1cd319

I'm getting an intermittent blower assy 1 error in the event log. (SC event code 0e1cd319, event 28345).
I checked every shelf and all the fans look fine. I'm not sure how to translate this to a specific fan.
It there a master list of EVA event codes for command view 5 available online?

Do you have your ISEE or WEBES working? Are you receiving any messages thru either? If so, then you need to call support.

You could push all fan units in. Most likey you have a fan that is not cliped in securely. The vibration on the fan is causing the fan to jiggle lose.

We will be configuring ISEE with hp in the next couple of weeks. At this time I'm manually reviewing the logs.

I'll check the fans to make sure they are all secure. If I still get the error, I'll log a call with hp.

Update:
I called support, There's a firmware problem with false blower events being logged (version 5030). They said it's fixed in the next release.
