EVA8100 I/O Trouble

hell,

I've an EVA8100 which contain both FC and FATA DG. Resently I met a performance trouble. When I copy large (such as data sized 15B) data into any one FATA LUN, tha whole storage became a "not responding" status. No matter from FC or FATA LUN, the trouble occured. I check the log named "cvevatrace-120418, I found the follow info,

Re: EVA8100 I/O Trouble

Hi, generally the cvevatrace only gives you a log for Command View, not the array. You need to check the 'controller event log' for that.

Is it the same even if you copy to an FC LUN?
