EVA8100; Windows2008 R2x64; HyperV; problem with live migrations

We are getting "The Virtual Machine %VMName; is placed on a SAN which does not support globally unique identifiers for LUNs. SAN transfer cannot be used".

I found that our 4.00 version of HP's Full DSM kit didn't support Cluster Shared Volume, so I we shutdown cluster services and I upped to 4.01 which adds support for CSV (and looks like the only change).

I also made sure that my bl460 g6's have the lates 1205lpe-HP HP packed emulex drivers installed.

Any ideas how we can get live migration to work?

Are there any special multipath settings that I need to put into place?

On the EVA side we just have the hosts defined as "Windows Server 2008". Is there a custom code that I need to plug in for HyperV?

This is our first HyperV stuff.
