EVA8100 must enter the WWN when restart
Dear all,I have an EVA8100 storage system.
I use shutdown option of the command view EVA to shutdown both the controller and the disk enclosure. Then close the power of the controller and the disk enclosure.
After 30 minutes later,I power on the disk enclosure.
Then power on the two controllers after the disk complete the check.(about 5 minutes)
But the two controllers can't complete the start procedure, one of theme stop at the scan disk and another stop at the WWN.
Then I enter the WWN of the controller, but the controller can't find the storage system.I see the NO Storage System error on the panel.
Then I use the command view EVA to see the state of the system. It's display that my EVA is an Uninitialized Storage System.
Although there are some test data on it,but I want to try to restore the data. What can I do?
Thanks & Best Regards

Re: EVA8100 must enter the WWN when restart
Hey,
do you put in the WWN and the CRC?
what if you start it with only one controller?
