EVA8400-2*8/40 Brocade-2*MPX110 CA Configuration
Hi,
I have the below scenario.
EVA8400 is connected to2 * 8/40 SAN Switches.
There are 2 MPX110; First MPX FC1, FC2 is connected to SWitch1 port23, port29 and Second MPX FC1, FC2 connected to Switch2 port23 and port29.
DC MPX1 - Ge1 - 172.16.11.10 route to DR MPX1 - Ge1 - 172.17.11.10
DC MPX1 - Ge2 - 172.16.11.11 route to DR MPX1 - Ge2 - 172.17.11.11
DC MPX2 - Ge1 - 172.16.11.12 route to DR MPX2 - Ge1 - 172.17.11.12
DC MPX2 - Ge2 - 172.16.11.13 route to DR MPX2 - Ge2 - 172.17.11.13
Initially everythign is fine but suddenly obseved the below behaviour.
Out of 2 FC Ports on each MPX, one FC port (either FC1 or FC2) is showing as down.
The same is for all MPX (DC MPX and DR MPX) means only one FC link is working is each MPX110.
I have verified the switchshow on SAN switch, the port is showing as "InSync".
Can anybody help on this query?
Thanks
Siva

What firmware is running on the MPX110's?
Have you rebooted them at all?

MPX is update to Latest 2.4.4.3.
We didn't tried any reboot of the MPX, but tried to disable the port on san switch and clear the portstats and enable, but no luck.

Hi,
Rebooted MPX as well, but no luck. All 4 MPX are behaving same. There is only one port working 2 of them working with FC1 and 2 are working with FC2 but not both FC1 and FC2..
Opened a ticket with HP and will let know if any success...
