when I add new vdisk and present it to my hp-ux 11i, ioscan result shows two disk added!
Any idea?

Do you expect one disk, 4 disks ?
What EVA model is being used?

SolutionFor each HBA, you will see two devices for the same VDISK as you can reach the VDISK through two ports of the storage.

I must install Secure Path to solve this after removing san switch zones.
