Can eva 4400 make deduplication?

AFAIK this feature is only available on D2D/VLS/Storeonce (backup) products.

Dedupe is available in backup products as mentioned by previous post of Torsten.

 

Newer 3PAR arrays have a "ZERO Detect" feature, which is a similar feature.

I wouldn't consider it similar at all.  Dedup detects duplicate data.  And zero detect only helps with thin provisioning.
