We have EVA 4400 and HSV300 storage .i got a Error msg firmware update related so i am going to update the firmware. is it any difficulty for me . ( Server Administrator ) or Can i bring any HP technical People . pls tell me and also sent the link about user guide and Lea test firmware .

You should read the firmware update guide available on www.hp.com/go/bsc or if you have doubts contact HP support!

Firmware upgrades are always for the cusotmers to do themselves. Whatever support contract you have with HP, f/w upgrades are not coevered unless its a software contract.

Our contract with hp has been finish. so can i do it firmware update. is it easy. pls any tell me and also sent the link for latest firmware software.

I had download latest firmware Like
1.(HSV300.SSS)
2.(300_09522000.SSS)
Is it correct firmware ver for EVA4400 HSV300 ?
i have two firmware above.
which one can i use it. pls any one help me.

You should read the update guide and the release notes before you start!
