FCIP operation on MP400

We are having some throughput problems using MP400 Routers to pass SAN traffic between two sites over FCIP.

The MP400 Routers are running software version FOS 6.2.1. Tunnels are configured without IPSec.

I would like to understand how the FC traffic is passed over the IP network.

1) Is all FC traffic between two MP400 Routers tunneled through the same tcp connection (i.e. using the same IP address & tcp port pair) or are different FC flows passed between the two MP400 Routers on different tcp connections?

2) What is the tcp windowsize used on the FCIP connection(s) between two MP400 routers and is there any way to modify this value?
