Failed disk in EVA 5000
Hi Xperts,
I have a failed disk in 2 failed disk in one of the EVA 5000.
My doubt is how to find which disk is failed and it came from which disk group. From the logs wheteh we can trace it, if so how.
Normally I will ask the site engnieer to check what is the diks is failed and I used to get the disk size and RPM and I will log a cakk.
can you pls suggest whetehr we can find out in logs or any other method.

Hello,
open a Command View session and check the Enclosures folder. You should see a (!) mark at the affected enclosure. If you expand that particular enclosure, you will see which bay is the failed disk located in.
The same applies to the Disk Groups folder where you can check which of your diskgroup is affected.

One more detail, the Disk Enclosures folder is located under the "Hardware" folder.
