Re: Failed redundant path on MSA1500 controller after FW upgrade
is this an error that is on the LCD of one controller?? Have you tried to power-cycle the MSA?
Regards,
Patrick

Re: Failed redundant path on MSA1500 controller after FW upgrade
The server through which am accessing(using ACU) this MSA has only one HBA card. Is this the reason?

Re: Failed redundant path on MSA1500 controller after FW upgrade
I have dual controllers and you are right the firmware is for A/A controller configuration.
From your replies what i understood is, if i put one more HBA in my server and connect it to the other controller the redundancy error will be removed. right?
