We have HP StorageWorks EVA 8100 with firmware SR1142xcsp-6200 installed.
Where can I see and download new firmware for EVA 8100?
Which moments do I need to know when installing new firmware?

The related software (FW+CV) is on software.hp.com.

You need to read the version release notes and upgrade guide from hp.com -> manuals site too!

tell me please, I do not understand a bit. this firmware will come by regular mail or need to be download?
On picture is what I see on last step.
1 step: I filled the form: country, city, street, postcode.
2 step: I receive the e-mail where been that:

Hi,

You will receive the link to download the software. The picture shows the link to download .iso image of the XCS which you can download and burn a CD/DVD (or use other softwares which can read .iso images without burning a CD/DVD).

Do you get any error on cliking the link "Get Software" ?

Select the bundle you want to download and the link should appear at the bottom of the page.
