HBA card not seen

I have a N Class server and I have just installed two new Fibre Cards (A6795A)

The drivers have been installed when I reboot the server only one card can be seen in my ioscan.

I have tried reseating the card and trying a different slots (even number slots only) but still cannot see it.

Any reason why my ioscan would only see one of the cards??

I take it that both cards are visible on their own, one at a time? Are the firmware versions on each card the same?

please try to run insf -c command
then ioscan -fnc disk

What is your OS version ?

Also make sure that your PDC firmware is at least 43.43, which is the minimum for A6795A HBAs.
