HP 4/32 Firmware download for v6.4.0b
Hi
I have a client who specifically needs to install an HP B-Series switch firmware version that I can't find available for download. I need version v6.4.0b and yet this appears to have been removed from the available download list.
Can anyone direct me to a link where I can get a copy?
Many thanks
KL

Re: HP 4/32 Firmware download for v6.4.0b
Hi,
if it's not on HP's public pages anymore you can call HP Support and ask for the firmware.
It's not on IBM's page either.
There may be a reason why it's been removed from HP's page.

Any reason you're not going to 6.4.0c?

Re: HP 4/32 Firmware download for v6.4.0b
Hi
Only because I'm adding a new switch to an existing fabric that is running v6.4.0b and wanted to keep the same firmware levels as the client has no intention on upgrading their existing firmware.
I suspect I could get away with 6.4.0c but thought I'd try to match the firmware if possible.
many thanks

Thanks - and it's not on the Brocade web site either.... :o(
I'll try HP support if I can't find it over the next day or two.
many thanks for the idea.

Re: HP 4/32 Firmware download for v6.4.0b
Hello
I've managed to get a copy of v6.4.0b off the Brocade site.
Can anyone confirm if there are any differences between this and the HP version?
Thanks
K

Re: HP 4/32 Firmware download for v6.4.0b
I once compared 6.3.1b from HP and one from Brocade and the only difference was a file called EULA.pdf and ancillary.txt in the root of the archive from HP.
