I ordered two T5518A to activate my san switch ports. webware.hp.com is down. How should I activate my SAN Switch ports and where I can get license key?

This site asks me to enter "Entitlement Order Number",  but I have "Sales Order" and "HPE Order No". None of them works instead of "Entitlement Order Number". Am I missing something?

Hi

If HPE order number dosn't work than you should have recieved an

envelope with your "Entitlement Order Number" if you don't have it

HPE ight be able to see it inside the order on HPE internal site.

your HPE sales person should be able to help.

or you can try and write to the licensing site support if they can they will

help.
