HP Command View 9.1 CV General license
This had all worked fine until this morning when we rebooted the Command View server. After rebooting, it now says that we don't have a valid CV General license but the attached image shows that we have an permanent unlimited license
Any ideas on how to solve this?

Re: HP Command View 9.1 CV General license
Please verify your EVA and request for a correct license from HP as per procedure listed in below HP Document

Re: HP Command View 9.1 CV General license
From your screenshot EVA license looks valid. I will suggest two options:
1. Try reinstalling the license keys
2. Uninstall the CVEVA 9.1 and install v9.3
If this doesn't work then HP tech will have to manually clean the licenses on EVA/CVEVA server.

Re: HP Command View 9.1 CV General license
As folks said,
Fist you verify what is your EVA model. The Liceses seems to be good and valid only for EVA6k Model (HSV 200 Model Controller along with one Loop Switches pair).
One more Important point is that the WWN used for License generation. Pleae check the same of EVA WWN and the WWN listed in License copy which was generated.
If both above points are ok, then proceed for below:
If you have the license keys backup, try to remove all the existing licenses and apply again.
Regards,
Siva

Re: HP Command View 9.1 CV General license
As a workaround, go to the tree on the left, hardware - rack 1 - controller enclosure - select one controller - device ports.
Check if it detects loop-switches. If it does not, click refresh. Go to top of the tree select EVA name and click refresh.
This happens because Command View stops seeing the loop-switches and thinks your EVA is an EVA4100, so the licenses are not valid.
