HP EVA 4100 HSV200 - Controller failure

Hi,

I have an HP EVA 4100 with two HSV200 controllers. Last night one of them failed and it's showing the error code below.

Can you please help me?

This indicates a HW issue with the controller. You should contact HP Support.

Some of these codes are better handled with current XCS firmwares . Which XCS firmware are you in?

The firmware version is HSV200-V6240.

XCS 6.240 is not a very old one. There is a new XCS 6.250 as well,

You may plan to update this in future based on your normal upgrade process.
