HP EVA 4400 disk replaced now states Object not found. Operation on this object is completed
We had a disk failure in our HP EVA 4400. The disk was replaced which put the new disk in the ungrouped container however when you click on the disk it says "Object not found. Operation on this object is completed".
The other issue is we now no longer see our individual enclosures under the Hardware section.
Also when I click on the SAN name itself I see the General tab just fine which lists all my disks (minus the 1) however when I click the Status Summary tab, I get an error Operation FAILED - Status code: 14003: Object not found in View
What is going on here and how to resolve? Our disk group is still leveling from the replacement disk being inserted.
thank you!

Restarting my CV server solved the issue.
