HP EVA 6400 Enclosure ID - renumbering
Hi Everyone,
do you know if there is a way in an EVA 6400 to change the enclosure id. I need to renumber all the enclosures.
Many Thanks
Mauro

Re: HP EVA 6400 Enclosure ID - renumbering
The enclosures of an EVA x400 and P6x00 are "randomly" numbered (first come first serve during first init - same for newer StoreServ products) and AFAIK HP does not support any re-numbering.
It's only a kind of cosmetic issue IMHO anyway.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
