HP-MPX110 error when trying to remove or modify FCIPROUTE

I am using a pair a HP-MPX110 for storage replication between two EVA4400. I want to modify the FCIPROUTE originally set up to use a different and faster connection. but anytime i tried to modified the existing route I am having error code 6. Both from the Graphical interface and the telnet command line the remove of the fcipoute fails. Anyone can tell me what i am doing wrong?

Re: HP-MPX110 error when trying to remove or modify FCIPROUTE

I had an issue today where I got a code 6 from trying to alter the Scaling option.

I pulled the power from the gateway in the end. It would disconnect me if I tried telnet.

I could make the changes after that.

Re: HP-MPX110 error when trying to remove or modify FCIPROUTE

I had teh same problem. Looks like a Bug in the firmware.

My issue was when i tried to change the Gateway I got the error code:6. Once this error occured it will not accept any change to fciproute (modify or remove).

The only way I found was to "Restore factory Default" (you can do this via command line or HP MOX manager or via the HARD reset of MPX front panel

See manual for details.

Once reset you can access via default IP 10.0.0.1 and then reconfigure the MPX110

Hope this HELPS !! Good LUCK.
